We have available a large inventory of building and finished materials. Scotian Homes International consolidates full container loads of one particular product or can supply overseas customers with mixed-load containers. We have the expertise and logistics in place to load, handle and transport containers to any market place. Also we arrange all the required paperwork to facilitate an efficient export procedure.

List of possible materials to be sourced for you:
1. All structural building materials- lumber, plywood, OSB, wolmanized (treated) lumber, steel studs.
2. All types and styles of windows and doors (residential and commercial).
3. Siding: wood, concrete, vinyl, metal and composite siding solutions.
4. Roof: Asphalt shingles - metal roofing , tar paper, ice and watershield.
5. Plumbing: rough in materials like abs pipes, couplings etc. Finish materials like 1 piece tub, taps, showers, whirlpools etc.
6. Electrical: rough in materials like copper wiring, connectors, boxes, panels, alarms etc.
7. Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRV): wide range of HRV and heating/ventilation solutions.
8. Insulation: fiberglass insulation for exterior, interior floor and roofsystems.
9. Kitchen cabinets: Oak, birch or Pine, Canadian style or Euro flatpanel styles. Presented in knock down scenario.
10. Trim: for windows and doors and flooring in MDF primed or comes in pine or solid hardwood. Framework (jambs) for pre-hung doors.
11. Flooring: Hardwood oak, birch or maple pre-finished or unfinished. Vinyl flooring, carpets, ceramic tiles.
12. Garagedoors: wide variety of steel insulated garagedoors, comes with all hardware and automatic garagedoor opener (110 or 220 Volts).
